My wife and I gave our daughter a BIGGERFIVE Fitness Tracker in preparation to her participating in a running group. She wears it constantly; 24-7 (save charging time). It was extremely helpful for her as she was training with the running group for a 5K.A few weeks ago the plastic on the USB side of the watch cracked and came apart. We could not charge not wear the device and so I reached out to customer service. I am "old school" and like to call about these things, but all I could find to submit my claim was an email address. To my delight, I received a response within 24 hours and they had a replacement on the way. No fuss. Keep in mind that this was still within a 12 month period and their 12-month Warranty Policy states: All products purchased from our website or Amazon are guaranteed for 12 months. The new Fitness Tracker came inside a week and works perfectly.Their service team has been outstanding, and I am more than satisfied with the product and the brand. Since, I have done nothing but sing your praises to other parents looking for an activity watch for their kids.

I got this for my 8 year old daughter. It wasn't completely intuitive for me how to sync, but after figuring it out, it's easy to do.She really likes the watch and counting steps. However, she discovered that it doesn't necessarily count steps. When she looks at her watch before she steps out of bed, she noticed that there were already steps counted on the watch. Waving her hands adds to the step count too, so I wouldn't rely on the watch for tracking steps. Nonetheless, it's fine for a child. She still likes counting her "steps."One important thing to note is that the company's customer service is at least 5 stars.This is what happened... When it was time to charge the watch, I unknowingly inserted the watch on the wrong end. I contacted the company about the issue and they responded quickly. They politely suggested that I check to make sure I was inserting the correct end of the watch into the USB. That was it - user error. When I didn't respond to the company to let them know that it was my error, they followed up to make sure the watch was still working. I would buy a watch from this company again.

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it. She said ”I didn’t know how much I wanted this watch until I got it.” She loves that she can track her sleep on it; she also likes that she can check the time without looking on her clock. She has worn it for 3 days and 2 nights and it still has 80% power! Very lightweight, and other than being a bit inaccurate, this is an amazing watch. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this and loved it. While it worked. It stopped working 5 weeks after I had it. Which was a week outside the return window. I was wearing it and got a battery sign. It had been at half charge before this, but since it showed dead battery I tried charging it. It has never charged. I would love to have a working one because while it worked it was exactly like my Fitbit I had but at a fraction of the cost.

I love this watch. I bought a kids one and have small wrists. It barely fits so if your wrists not small I wouldn’t buy the kids one. Works great but time will tell if ifs durable.

Update: 5 stars for customer service. Within three days of contacting company about the band no longer working, we had a new one in hand! Just got it yesterday so cannot comment on how long it will last. But very very good customer service!!We purchased this May 31st, 2021. My 10 yr old daughter takes great care of it- never showers or sleeps in it. She was very happy with it. App was a bit annoying- every time it needed to be charged, it would reset back to portrait mode when she likes landscape. So we just had to redo that every time it charged. A couple of months ago, the app stopped syncing- meaning it showed no history of her daily results. That was also annoying. This week, it stopped charging, is now dead and will not recharge. I would expect any product to last more than 5 months at ay price point.

Step tracker is completely inaccurate - literally saving your arm once will count as like 10 steps to the device. Sleep tracker and alarm are good. If you’re buying this for the alarm primarily, I will warn you the vibration isn’t that strong. It shakes way less than a phone and if you have the band too tight or too loose you aren’t going to notice it go off (you’ll hear the buzz if you’re awake but it won’t wake any heavy sleepers).I’ve had this since Nov 3. The battery is already acting up. I was able to go a full week without recharging but now I’m plugging it in every 4 days.I think the app for this tracker is mediocre. The layout is hideous and syncing takes too long. Since the device is aimed toward children I think it’s horrifying that setting a “desired weight” is MANDATORY for using the app. There’s no option to opt out or hide it. I don’t think kids should be obsessing over such numbers. Just let them track steps without the potential eating disorder instigation.

This watch and fitness tracker works great for my 10-year-old daughter. After she had it for about six months one of the tabs on the plastic part of the watch where it hooks into the band broke off. I wrote to the company and they quickly sent us a new one under warranty. The customer service was great and they were very responsive. The replacement is working well and we were pleased at how quickly we got it.
