Easy to install, great upgrade.
If you are even mildly competent as a DIYer then you will find the install of this pretty easy and straight forward. One not of caution, dont be like me and forget to tape over the opening prior to trying to put the nut on the inside of the livewell. Guaranteed you'll get silicone/sealant inside the opening if you dont tape over it.

Add a pump out and Airation to livewell
This is such a Great product. I did not have a pump out optio on my live well. This can be set up on using only one pump. Or you can use one for pump in one for airation. Setup is easy and clean looking. Will buy again if I ever restore another boat.
