18500 batteries are rare, and these do job nicely
While most efforts were taken into development of 18650 and 21700 batteries, 18500 becoming increasingly rare, while there are still some devices which need 18500.Please note, these are batteries without built-in protection, so can only be used in series with devices that have built-in protection.I've measured voltage right from the box, and all 4 were in range of 3.86-3.93 volts, which is very good. According to measurements, average capacity is 1590mah, which is also good and while not record breaking by any means, still is very good for 18500 size.So if you still own some older device, which uses 18500 batteries, these are quite good both in terms of price and performance.

So far, so good
I use the batteries for auto recharging solar garden lights. All 4 were charged out of the box. Only needed to replace one. It is noticeably brighter than others in my garden. Working exactly as hoped. Also hope to get more than a year of service. That remains an unknown.

Fit my solar lights
These are thicker than a AA battery, which is what I needed for the solar bites that I had purchased at Costco a couple years ago. These fit perfectly and are working great.

Better than replacing an entire light set
Several lights in my landscaping got dim or no longer worked. I started looking for new replacements. But instead of navigating through a sea of cheap solar lights I realized that I could as easily replace the batteriesWith these my 3 years old landscaping light set came back to life and are good as new. I hope they will last for another couple of years ut I have to replace them yearly I’m still happy.

They did not fit the solar strand of lighting I had. I had to return them

Rechargeable batteries work
Ordered this brand of rechargeable batteries for my solar lights. They must be charged before use 3-5 hours using the charger that came with. I liked the performance of both items. Batteries such as these are not easy to find so feel good that they work well, perfect size and rechargeable. My solar lights shine brighter!
