Works but wider than expectedly

I haven't actually used this, as I bought it for friends as gifts. One reason I chose this one--which was more expensive than others offered by Amazon--was its claim to be dishwasher safe. However, the instructions that came with the molinillo was NOT to put it into the dishwasher, but instead to hand wash it. This makes sense, as it's a wooden piece. The coloration of the wood is also lighter than pictured. But overall, I would still say it's a lovely, unusual gift, and may prove enjoyable to use.

Solid wood. Beautiful and useful.

Great quality and craftsmanship. It came perfectly packaged and arrived on time. It is on the large size so I may need another one, smaller, for preparing one cup only. But it’s beautiful and looks great on my kitchen.
