Worked great! Made curried deviled eggs with mango chutney and cold smoked them with hickory. The smoke flavor added an extra dimension to the flavor. They were the big hit at Thanksgiving!I found a plastic cake dish at a Goodwill for $2 and drilled a hole for the smoke tube to go into the top, and made several smaller holes so that air could escape. If you don't have 'escape holes' it's harder for the smoke to be pushed in and displace the air already in the container.Honestly any old Tupperware container or even a cardboard box could be used as a smoke chamber. No need to spend $30-50 on a glass dome chamber.

This can be a fun little kitchen tool. This culinary smoker has so many benefits. My husband and I tried several different fun ways to use this mini smoker. We smoked salt (regular table salt in a bag). We just hooked the tube into a zip locked bag full of salt and it picked up all that smoky goodness. We tried cold provolone and smoked some olive oil. We finally found a calorie free way to adds tons of flavor. We just absolutely love this.

I smoked salmon yesterday. It was amazingly tasty! Today I smoked an avocado. Yummy!The only issue is that it does not indicate what kind of wood chips are included, or a way to order more. I wish the tube was a little bit longer too, but overall, having great results with it.

SUPER glad I cancelled an order I placed on Amazon for different types of wood "chips" for this device because, after exactly four uses spanning 3 months, it's dead. I cleaned the unit after every use as suggested and even discussed by other reviewers. Didn't help. Replaced the batteries, just on the off-chance they were dead, with out-of-package fresh ones. Didn't help. When it works, it works just fine. The wood (I'll call it...) sawdust it comes with is ok, thus the three-stars for flavor. A tip so that you don't have to buy any sort of plate dome cover: placing your product in a bowl (I have stainless mixing bowls) with tightly fitted plastic wrap and punching a small hole for the smoker hose works excellently AND you can cover the hole with tape to let the smoke linger.

Product is exactly what I ordered and what I was looking for. Order came earlier than expected. Smooth and easy process. 10/10 recommend. Just doesn’t come with batteries, be prepared to grab your own AA batteries.

I love how the smell of smoke lingers.Works as advertised. Remember to clean screen after use. After heavy usage I had to clean the fan which was sticky with residue that prevented the fan from rotating. I used Qtips and rubbing alcohol. Problem solved.

On the picture it shows the smoking gun comes with a glass dome to smoke your product with,but the glass dome isnt included with the smoker.
