Compared to my old bed, this is luxury.Moves easier, better head and footboard, easy to use controlsSide rail easy to deploy and lower.Shipping was as promised and we'll protected.Comes completely assembled except head and footboard, but those just snap into place in seconds.The mattress though fine for sleeping, is a little thin when sitting up as you can feel the bed and I'm not exactly heavy as I'm 6'1 and 205 lbs.I would plan on using a 23 inch topper.

This bed will help relieve pressure from your back if you need to change diapers , because the bed has a height of 27.5 inches. I'm 5"5. This bed comes up to my chest with my mom in it. Having the right height does help my back. Our previous bed was too low.My advice to anyone that is considering getting a lift. If you can, get an electric lift and make sure it reaches a lifting height of 68 inches. If you get a lift that only reaches 64" it can be difficult to get your person back into bed, because it won't raise high enough to easily clear the bed. I've learned a lot by trial and error. You also need to measure how much clearance you have under the bed, so the lift's legs will fit under completely. All the beds operating hardware is located underneath the bed. The hardware can get in the way of the legs of the lift. That is the reason why 68" lifting height is needed. Measuring is important before buying these kind of products.This manufacturer has good details about this bed's measurements in all areas. The bed comes assembled, except for the head and footboards. It's sturdy and excellent quality. The control for the bed is located on the right side. It does have a cord that can reach to the left side of this bed. The hand rails raise and lower with ease. The mattress is covered in a waterproof covering. I found the mattress hard and uncomfortable. I got a memory foam topper to place on top of it.The product description about the delivery in inaccurate at the time of my purchase. They don't offer the standard delivery or the expedited delivery options. The don't bring the bed into your home. They don't have the option they stated for bringing the bed into your home and uncrating it. They won't bring the bed up any stairs your porch may have. They just left it on the sidewalk. I did wonder how a company could be so uncaring when you just spent 2000. with them. With an item this heavy they don't offer any option to bring the bed into your home I think it's ridiculous. I give the bed 5 stars, but the Seller gets 1 Star. If I had know before I purchased the bed, I wouldn't have bought it from them. The bed weighs well over 250 lbs with the metal packing crate used to protect the bed during shipping.I had to leave the bed outside for 2 days (I didn't have to worry about anybody stealing it..lol) until I could get my son and friend to bring it in. They had a hard time. 3 or 4 strong people are needed. If you have stairs, another option would be to completely unpack it outside and remove the metal packing crate outside. That crate is about 70 pounds. The head and footboards are packaged in a separate box. The bed is enclosed in the crate that has large bolts that need to be removed. . You will need a small wrench or one of those toolsets used to remove bolts from hubcabs. We didn't have the right size ratchet. We were able to get the bolts off with a wrench and pair of pliers. The manufacturer doesn't include any tools.

Very functional and truly a great bed, well worth the price. Bed able to be adjusted easily and could be raised high enough to see out of the bedroom window. Mattress perfect and comfortable. The company was very accommodating in every way possible. ❤️

Nice bed. Works great so far. Easy to disassemble and snap on head/foot boards.

Bed is working great for my Mom now that we've brought her home from the nursing home. Side rails are so nice since they are down the entire side, not just up at the head of the bed. Prevents rolling out of bed on accident. Plus she uses them to assist in rolling over from side to side. The height of the bed off the floor makes changing bed sheets much easier on bad backs of caregivers. Head and foot adjustability is nice too.Only hard part was getting it into the house... it is REALLY heavy. When they say you need 2 people, they mean it. Two with good strong backs is advisable too.

A welcome accessory for the care of an aging mother. The bed is now low enough for easy entry and exit. All function modes of the bed operate flawlessly. The included frame aided with getting the bed through the home's narrow doorways. Once in the bedroom setup was quick and easy for two men. Purchased 7-14-2021

No estoy contenta con la cama tengo muchos problemas con las ruedas puesto el freno ellas se siguen barriendo en el suelo c me ase bien difícil voltear mi hijo y una de las ruedas llegó gastada les envié una foto y nunca me llegó y fue mucho el dinero que pague por la cama / bueno quiero agregar que me enviaron la goma pero el problema está igual con todos los frenos c me Barre la cama se me ase bien difícil

My mother says it is easier on her back. The old bed didn’t raise up. My father loves it. It’s comfortable and easy controls makes it easier on him as well.
