This yarn is beautiful. I mixed it with yellow and am using both skeins together to make a bag. It's very easy to work with and is stiff enough that the sides of the bag will stand nicely. But whomever packaged it for shipment used a shipping bag that was too small. The packing tape got stuck to the yarn. I shouldn't need to say anymore.

one of the spool of yarn the string didn't pull out from the end. But the other 2 did. But other than that all was fine

Love the colors
Beautiful colors and reasonably soft. This is an easy product to use in crochet.Update: thought the yarn was soft enough for the price, but a wash on cool with regular detergent and fabric softener in a lingerie bag, followed by a cycle in the dryer on low with a softener sheet did WONDERS for my finished scarf. It did not pull or change the shape of my scarf and was almost as soft as some nicer yarn I had laying around. Wish I had washed it sooner as I would not have bothered buying more expensive yarn for my next project! Never again will I feel nervous about buying Red Heart.
