So I have had a lot of gut issues for a while specifically feeling bloated after everything I eat and sometimes for days at a time. My dietitian recommended I try bitters before eating and let me tell you this is a life saver. I haven’t been bloated since! I bought these for my mother as well and she is also experiencing better digestion with foods she struggles with before.

Works like it’s supposed to but it is the worst tasting liquid I have ever had. There is no way to hide or describe its awfulness. You get used to it but it always tastes bad

After using this product, oh boy, I tell you my energy levels went up. I started to feel renewed but I must say that when using this product you can't treat it like a miracle cure, you gotta make some changes.While using, I cut out the consumption of all flesh (meat) and considerably increased my intake of fruits in smoothie form and vegetables in juice from. I ate high fibre meals and I believe that this helped me to experience the full benefits of the product because the diet change supported the cleansing process. Bowels moved easier and there was an overall increase in overall energy, mental clarity and mood. Not to mention reduced waistline because of reduced bloating (maybe because I consumed more gut friendly foods overall)That's what I did and it worked. I believe in this product. for the benefits it’s worth it. I been losing weight and I definitely have more energy since I’ve been using the bitters. I’m even starting to get used to the taste. It first I had to have something nearby as a chaser to get the taste out of my mouth quick but now I’m getting more tolerant. Don’t hget me wrong it’s still taste bad I’m just more used to it. I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks.

The taste is extremely horrible. I vomited afterwards to get rid of what i tasted. The taste lingers in your mouth for a long time. I know for sure I wouldn't buy it again. It has to be something better.

Very good herb...

I have to say that I feel more energetic when taking it. However, because it is so bitter I have a hard time getting it down. But I know from taking bitters in the past, that it would challenging for me to take. I will keep taking it though because it makes me feel healthier.
