All in all very happy!!
I have only embroidered with it once and loved it! I have mostly been sewing with this machine so far! So much easier to use than my old machine!! This is the 1st time I've ever had a machine that will thread the needle and will never own another that doesn't!! The only problem I have had is with the memory stick, I can't get this to print the pages from my computer as it says!! I will have to contact someone for help with that!!

Not a good machine.
I really wanted to love this machine. It has a 6x10 embroidery area and that was what I was looking for. It’s beautiful right out of the box. Sleek. Pretty. I finally figured out how to embroider a design and in the middle of it, the motor overload message popped up. I finally got the design finished. It was a simple snowflake built in design. Then I tried a name. Motor overload message twice. Needles break easily and they bend. Went through a whole package quickly. Thread bunched under bobbin. Not a good machine. Screen is in black and white and does not tell you where it is going to begin. Unless you print out the designs in color, you will not know which color to begin with or which color to change it to when it’s time for a thread change. It was cheap for the size embroidery area but if it doesn’t work well, it’s not a good deal. I used to use Singer all the time. Then went to Brother then Janome. I love the Brother and Janome. Both are very user friendly. Singer has gone way downhill on their quality. It’s a shame because they could have made this into a great embroidery machine. It looks great. Sorry to say that I had to return it.

Ummmm 🤨
Let me start off by saying .. it’s a good machine .. but there are a couple of things I highly dislike about it. The monitor is black and white so you can’t tell what colors you need unless you remember what’s on the computer .. there’s only one usb you can use so please don’t lose it. There’s no many things that compatible with it. Like buying a BMW and have to take it back to BMW for anything that’s needed.

Great machine for the money
So far I had my machine for a month and it’s been great! Easy setup, design come out very nicely and not to heavy to move around but very stable in my opinion. For the money I think it is a great value

My disappointment with this one is the automatic treading device
This is my newest Singer Machine, my first one is a relic. All the features a about the same compared to the other brands. My disappointment with this one is the automatic treading device, i still can't finger it out . I still have not been able to use this to thread my machine, so for this reason I will consider sending it back for the SE400 which is an upgrade.

Wish I had never purchased this machine!
I am completely frustrated with the embroidery portion of this machine. If I could return it, I would! It has been in for warranty repairs twice. Now the repair shop says there is nothing mechanically wrong with it. I cannot reach Singer. Their phone system has been “experiencing difficulties” for 2 weeks and they are not answering the 4 emails I have sent.If you just plan to sew and use the font and embroidery designs provided by this machine, it is wonderful. If you plan to download designs elsewhere, don’t waste your time! This machine sews nicely, but when I began embroidery appliqués from purchased downloads from other sites, it became a nightmare! I downloaded the complementary software as recommended. I have used the stabilizer and needles the manual recommends. I have tried other stabilizers, needles, bobbin and thread recommended by other embroiders. It is hit and miss!

It is a top of the Line Singer Embroidery machine.
This machine even winds the bobbin by a touch on the screen, not the foot pedal. It is lighter than the other embroidery machines, a lighter plastic I think. But it is strong. I have not embroidered yet, as I work a lot. But I will soon and some of my coworkers want that done. I cannot wait.
