Good for cake baking
I bought it for baking as I am diabetic. Almond flour is good for cakes and anything which lowers carbohydrates. It can be used in bread at a 50% ratio to good wholemeal flour although it’s best in soda bread. Used in cakes and muffins etc it produces a good crumb texture and I think it’s as good as ordinary wheat flour. This particular product is excellent.

Ground Almonds?
This is relatively coarse, more like ground almonds than Almond flour.A little gritty and less suited to baking than other brands we have used.
