New computer issues
Typical file tranfer issues. That was my fault not the computers fault. Its a nice computer. I was looking for a computer with a dvd drive. Happy, happy

I did not order the CF-53 MK4 with the touch screen, was impressed with the shipping speed. I ran into a few questions right out the gate with the laptop (modifications/accessories). Michael and the team were great with helping direct me to additional ToughBook resources and answering additional questions I had.I was originally hesitant to buy a refurbished ToughBook, but since I received the laptop and have been using it daily in a service truck (Diesel Field Service Tech). So this thing has been through some minor abuse (rough roads, sun, heat,cold, dirt, dust). I feel as though it has been a very good value for the product I have received.

PAID $700 PLUS DOLLARS FOR A USELESS LAPTOP
I bought this item and when i was ready to use it I found that the keyboard was messed up displaying numbers instead of letters, the optical drive do not recognize dvd discs and the hard drive does no seem to have that 1tb as displayed and due to time, I can't return it, stuck with a lemon and out $700 plus dollars this computer is useles will not ever buy from nor recommend to anyone. RED LISTEDD!!!

The best for the bucks
At first I am very reluctant buying a refurbished item. But I bought a lot of refurbished items from Amazon like printers, notebook, etc. So far so good. This one is not exception. Arrived very quick and not scratch or blemish. I used it for two weeks before I wrote this review. Buy it. Its worth for the money on every sense.
