Computer mini plug to amp. Works perfectly.
I got it to go from my headset receiver that I use for online group fitness classes, and run it into my computer for ZOOM and for OBS recording. All's well.

Will not work for an XLR powered mic on a DSLR camera
Good quality cable. Originally bought to use an XLR mic on a DSLR camera, forgetting that the mic needs power through the XLR cable. Didn’t work for that purpose, but ended up working with a self powered mic. Would recommend this cable, as long as you have a self powered mic

For my in-ear monitor system
Does exactly what I wanted it to do connect my in-ear monitors to an XLR monitor send from the PA for my shows some in-ear monitor systems do not have this type of connection and this is what I needed to make it work

in the environment that I needed to use this device, moving the cable or touching the cable caused a lot of noise to be added to the system. Your mileage may vary.
