Living with cancer and dialysis, I use Q10 to strengthen and nourish my body. This is my regular, 'go to' choice of product. It takes care of my daily dose with one capsule, is value for money and always arrives promptly when ordered. I can sometimes switch brands when it comes to my supplements, out of curiosity or for financial reasons, but this is one I stick with. It ticks all my boxes.

Good value for 120 capsules [ quite large but v easy to swallow ] 300 mg is a good strength too, add bioPerine for enhanced absorption and it makes an excellent product, add PQQ 20mg [ pyrroloquinoline - Quinone ] For Mitochondrial Biogenesis support and it goes into overdrive, the further addition of Shilajit - a mineral and fulvic acid [ most often in liquid form extracted from mineral bleeding from rock - sometimes called Stone Blood ] you now according to research I have read have rocket fuel for your heart. I am not qualified to give medical advice this is just my own regime from research I have done, do your own research for your health. I would have preferred Ubiquinol as it is 8 times the power of Ubiquinone but the cost was beyond my budget, check it out for yourself. Regards Russell

I bought this purely to help my menstrual cycle. I kept spotting in between periods with heavy painful bleeds. 2 months since taking it and I haven’t spotted and I’ve not had to knock back as many painkillers as I used to. My moods are so much better and I’m more focussed and alert. I can’t believe this one supplement has changed my life so much. I’ve recommended it to many other people in my life.

Gave this a try from Amazon because of the mail strike and its half the cost of my usual brand , for naturally fermented high strength why pay more.
