Great bristles. Smooths hair.
Pricey, but exceeded expectations. Buying a well-made hairbrush is worth the money.I bought my previous brush in 1963. It cost $5, while typical ones sold for $1.25. I just replaced it with this one in November 2024. I won't live long enough to see the end of this one.

Size matters-- overpaid
I have been using Kent boar bristle brushes for years. I needed a new one, bought this not realizing that this military style brush came in sizes----my fault. This is a small palm size which I overpaid for--lesson learned----read the stat before buying .

The Best brush I've ever owned.
I have a ton of Kent combs. So I thought I'd spend the money on a nice brush from the makers of my favorite comb maker. WELL worth the money.. The bristles are softer than I thought they would be and very tightly compacted together but, it works well as a finish brush. I use a comb after I use my beard oil...Then I use a coarse brush to start my styling ... then I use this brush to finish off with.. It gets any fly away hairs and puts them in their place. Also the brush looks awesome (with awesome packaging). Very ergonomical to hold in your hand and use.On the downside.. (maybe) Not really a downside for me, but you may not like it.. The wood of this brush is 100% natural with no stain or sealer of any kind.. So oils from your hands WILL kinda stain the handle.. I like how it looks as it ages. So I don't think it a downside. If you don't like this idea you could seal it I'm sure. Or at least DO NOT rub in beard oil then use this brush, wash your hands first.

Nice brush, Good Bristles, Great Angle-Cut
This is a nice small brush for grooming the beard. I like the angle-cut bristles as they penetrate the beard and groom the body. I have one issue - going from right-hand to left-hand puts the angle-cut in an odd position. With that, I also have a solution - a bristle head with a slight detent, that swivels 180°. That would allow the best use of the angle-cut bristles whether in the right or left hand.

Best brush I have ever had.
At the beginning I was hesitatant because of the steep price. The bristles were soft compare to other brushes I own. But I must say that the feel is unique. Superb quality brush.

Cost
I expected a 60 dollar brush to be a little larger. Since it was a gift to a person with an extreme beard I don't think he was impressed for the cost and size.

BEST BEARD BRUSH I EVER PUCHASED
Having tried numerous beard brushes for my beard, this product is the BEST for keeping my beard well-tamed. The unique design of the brush makes it the PERFECT BEARD BRUSH on the market. Although a little pricy, it is worth it. This brush has been manufactured in England for almost 100 years! I guarantee you will enjoy this brush each and every time you use it. And the women will appreciate your enhanced look!!!!!

Super weird shape. Not good for brushing full beard
Even following directions this brush makes no sense. Tapered edge means you can only brush one side of your beard. Horrible ergonomics.
