Great product and excellent service!

The motor is amazing!! Very fast. Lots of torque. A prebuilt 2000w ebike doesn't go this fast. Cheaper to build your own. The controller is garbage and kept switching phase and caused my motor to actually come off of the frame even with the torque arm installed. Also,if you get a big battery,72v,make sure you get an on/off switch so it doesn't spark every time you plug it back in after charging. My bike does 50mph!! and flies right up the steepest hills. Cars be lookin at me all crazy keeping right up lol. Do research before you start your project. It's a powerful motor and it needs a solid frame that can handle it.

Love other NBPower wheels... this one however should be avoided. Controller throwing hall sensor error and then quit turning on.

I bought this system on August 20th I haven't been able to use it yet that controller keeps going into a hall sensor protection or controller protection if I had the decision to make again I would go with a different system

Not even 2 days of riding and the controller goes out. ERROR 30H. NOT WORTH THE MONEY... 😕 YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️. ALSO, THE ALARM DIDN'T WORK OR THE USB STICK.. PURE CRAP...

I purchased a pair of motor kits from NBPOWER which have completely transformed my ebike.My ebike journey started with a generic 20x4 Chinese fat folder paired to a 48v battery & geared 1000w bafang rear motor. While fun and exciting as my first ebike experience, I quickly found an increased need for speed.Like any gearhead who enjoys tinkering, the ebike started getting more and more gadgets added to it. Adding gadgets to make the bike more practical/useful and thus increased the bike's convenience but also added weight.I found that the added weight also knocked down my top end speed during my 18 mile commute to work. Once you hit that upper speed wall, you simply cannot make up for lost time during your commute (like how this is possible with a car). The only way to get around this situation is to either leave the house sooner or...add more power!I reached out to Anne @ NBPower who walked me through what I needed and what I could use along with my currrent ebike setup. Anne was super helpful and she made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed.I initially purchased an NBPower 2000w direct drive rear kit and (first) mated it to a 60v battery. This rear wheel was a gigantic upgrade over the 1000w geared motor my ebike first came with. Previously I also had a 1000w DD front motor and noticed that the two of these motors really worked well in tandem. However the speed itch was still there...and like any itch it needed to be scratched. 👀I reached out to Anne again and she put together another kit, this time being a 2000w front motor kit with a throttle power controller. When this front motor kit arrived, I mated it to a 48v50A battery and swapped the rear motor to a 72v50A battery which is my current (and final) setup.The power from these two 2000w motor kits is insane! The front motor will break traction at anything below 20mph so the power needs to be brought on gently at low speeds. Once the rear has pushed the bike to 20+, the front motor grabs on and you gotta hang on tight! The two motors *feed* off each other and the 2WD torque experience is like nothing else I have experienced. 😱With the current two battery setup, the bike's range is now huge with 40AH I total capacity between the two. When I charge them before my return home from work they don't need much time at all to be fully recharged. On my original ebike single battery setup, (48v 21ah) the battery would be nearly flat when I arrived at work. This single battery would take ~8hrs to recharge for the return trip.The ebike can now currently cruise all day @ ~40mph which I have to admit is butt clenchingly fast for me. 😳When I started my ebike journey, I thought I wanted to eventually move on to a stealth bomber clone @ 60mph but with my current setup, my need for speed is officially satisfied😎NBPower sells great motor kits and I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again if I ever "need" a faster kit 😁

The media could not be loaded. Kit works great, very quick torque and overall top speed.I just finished a stealthbomber build using this kit and it's been wonderful.Mine did not come with instructions however Youtube and google made it very easy.When using the yellow box and phase wires be sure to match color to color.Customer service is great just bare in mind seller is located in China so there is a time difference.This setup has the 72v 2000w hub running on a 72v 20ah 60amp battery. For me it's basically 1% per mile already almost hit 300 miles and I just built It last week
