Plantronics PL-71782-01 Leatherette Ear Cushion for SupraPlus Headsets

These are well worth the money and are the exact same ear cushions replacements for my Plantronics headsets! They are tricky to put onto the headset plastic ring, but fit perfectly once you figure it out. I have purchased these years before for another headset. I liked them so much that I got another two pairs for other headsets I have.

Great replacement option for Plantronics Savi 7xx. Tight fit but pretty easy to put on. Would highly recommend.

If you need to replace the headset ear cushions on your Plantronics W720 (83544-01) dual ear model headset, make sure you buy the "donut hole" cushions, which should be ~55mm in diameter (Plantronics PL-71782-01 Leatherette Ear Cushion for SupraPlus Headsets by Orderfly), not the cheaper 50mm cushions.Those smaller 50mm cushions claim to be compatible with this headset, and can be made to fit, but it is a struggle to get them on the headset; they fit very tight to the headset rim and do not feel as nice against your ear (in my opinion). Finding the right replacement cushion is a challenge. Unfortunately, most of the vendors do not show the actual diameter of the cushions. That 5mm difference in diameter equates to about 1/4 of an inch, which is more significant than it sounds.I've attached some photos for reference so you can see the headset and cushions I am referring to. In the photos, the scale shows mm on the top and decimal inches on the bottom. The headset attachment rim measures ~54mm in diameter and the replacement ear cushion shows ~55mm in diameter.

The cushion is not as thick as the original, but is fully functional and a good value.

My trusty CS520 started leaving random flakes of material on my ears after a day of use. Ordered these pads to replace the original. They were a direct fit and my headset is back in action now.

Works and feels exactly as described. Replaced the old cheap foam ear cushions that came with the headset.They feel great in cool or hot conditions. I am on the phone supporting users at least 4 hours per day from home or office locations and the pad is comfortable all day. Sometimes leave it on my head to keep people away thinking I am on the phone, so I can get some work done.

They fit and didn't rip doing on, but they don't feel as nice as my old ones. Not as soft or 'leathery.'

Needed to replace one of the ear cushions for my Plantronics Savi W720. Part # appeared to match up with info from Plantronics site, so I took a chance. This is exactly what I needed, but there's one thing I didn't realize until I received these and glad I didn't toss the old cushions early. The original cushions are attached to a plastic bracket that securely attaches to the headset itself. These do not come with that bracket, so don't throw those away.
