Plain Eggless Sponge Mix 1kg

I purchased this item as I don't have always have eggs in the house being as I live alone and I used half of the 1kg bag at the present and I measured the water and it came out a little runny to start with and perhaps I didn't mix the batch long enough but I turn the mix into raisen fairy cakes which are reasonable to eat and the extra moisture helped I'll use the rest very soon.

Amazing bakes. I was quite nervous using this product because I have tried several recipes and the eggless cakes have not risen or were very dry or very greasy, but this Eggless mix is perfect 👌

A really easy egg free cake mix , just add water and whisk, light and fluffy, all rose perfectly. They stayed fresh for a couple of days , my only problem was the after taste of bicarbonate , raising agent, . Certainly the easiest egg free cakes I’ve ever made just wish you couldn’t taste the bicarbonate of soda , depends on your taste buds, my husband couldn’t taste it , typical.

The product was well packaged and arrived in time.I did not particularly like the texture and taste of the sponge it made. It felt like a very commercial quality cake and not homemade.

Not good wasted my money
