This product was applied directly after my tattoo and it kept things clean and dry. This meant no 3xday washing or special care. My tattoo did not scab at all and the product was easy to remove 4 days after application. Great product!!

I’ve bought this product a couple of times and it’s amazing. Not every tattoo parlor uses 2nd skin and this always comes in handy. Plus I work a lot and depending on where my tattoo is, I need to make sure it’s covered up almost until it fully heals.

always use this when i get new tattoos, i put it on after my first wash keep it on for about 3 days then take it off and my tattoo is healed. its so great to just use this then not have to worry about anything getting in my tattoo or having to clean it so many time.

When I bought this I wasn't aware of how good it is! It has solved many issues of healing fresh tattoos such as exposing them to germs and bacteria, it has eliminated the discomfort and itchiness of fresh tattoos. It is preventing the tattoo from drying out and scabbing. I don't have to worry about my fresh tattoos touching the bedsheets at night or my clothes. I have been wearing my patch as the instructions say, keep it on for a minimum of 3 days, but you can help it on for as long as a week. My tattoo looks crisp and dark two days later.This second skin tattoo bandage is the only kind I will use from now on.

I recommend testing a small piece on your skin before putting it on you fresh tattoo. It left my skin red when I took it off and I only had it on not even 2 days. Although there was no itchiness or irritation but where the adhesive was my skin was red for two weeks. Also I peeled it off slowly under luke warm water.

I wasn’t thinking and got a tattoo not long before going on vacationing on a lake. Decided to grab some of this stuff to help keep any bacteria out of the area and it worked great. It’s just like what they put on after you get a tattoo! I know that it will be useful for other wounds as well! Good to have in the medicine cabinet!

I've used this a couple times now, mostly just for the first 24hrs of a new tattoo. This time I left it on for 3 days because I really wanted this tattoo to heal well.I took a short shower, and once I was out noticed there were more airbubbles underneath then there was when I first applied it. I stated investigating them, got suspicious, and took my knife and poked at one of the bubbles and sure enough water came out if it.Somehow it was allowing water to seep through even though the edges were still secure. Decided I had to take it off, and as I was pulling it away, it started peeling my tattoo. My tattoo was scabbing underneath it eventhough it shouldn't of been. You can see pictured that half of the leaf still has the scab, and half got ripped off.So upsetting. I'll have to pay to get this tattoo touched up :'(Also it left the area feeling sticky
