This product works!! Due to a heavier payload than expected, I had switched backpacks from a Redcloud 110 to a Kelty Eagle 7850. Its gigantic! I had a 76 pound load of camera equipment and batteries. It was a brutal 4 mile walk and I realized 1/3 of the way that I had left my Camelback bladder in the 110. This was a serious situation. I would have cramped to a dangerous level, but the one thing I had was Crampfix. This is not an ad. This is real! It's the 1st time in my entire 40 plus years of hiking that I literally forgot my water and if it wasn't for cramp fix I would have been completely screwed! I will never leave without my water again but I will also never leave without my Crampfix! Hats off to a great product!!

Seems to work faster on leg cramps than hand cramps

First, the sprayer didn’t work until I pumped it about 50 times and then it was just a citrus flavor. Heck, chewing a piece of gum works better or a taste of mustard. Waste of money. I’d like my money back.

Didn’t touch pain. Tastes good.

Really bad taste, took almost an hour to work

I use it for my calf cramps. It is great and works fast. I keep it in my purse to use when I have cramps when I am out and about.
