Only comes with four adult size masks. The title is not forthcoming. Only includes four adult size BVM’s and four adult masks. No pediatric mask sizes in the box.

Buy additional masks
The mask part of the BVM was flat on all of them. I had to use masks I had on-hand to be able to use them for class.
