Bad packaging
Nice quality but bad packaging!!!

Well made and Beautiful
Love these chairs!! They are sturdy, beautiful and look great in my kitchen.Had to call the company for assembly help and they were fantastic to work with. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Think IKEA with no quality control
Do not think this is a quality piece of furniture. It is not. Out of the box there was splintered wood and deep scratches in the finish. Unfortunately the site would not let me upload photos of the damage. The seats are barely sculpted and the backs are quite vertical. I was able to repair any damage but why should I have to? That being said, they were easy to assemble and all the pieces and hardware were there. They are heavy and seem relatively sturdy. Time will tell how the finish holds up. The product description mentioned floor protectors but none were included. The leg ends are 1.5 inch wood. I would not buy them again. The jury is still out on keeping them.

BROKEN CHAIR and BROKEN SERVICES
Beautiful chairs, but one showed up broken. This was a replacement order. Not happy at all.
