I have been using them for a little while but I have noticed a change with the swelling of my legs and hands. I am also combining it with exercises and it is working for me.

Didn't do anything but make me light headed and cold, felt like my blood pressure was dropping and I had to eat something. No taste, rather large to swallow. I would not recommend this to someone with blood pressure issues.

I have been taking this about a month now. I feel a little improvement with swelling. The legs used to get swollen to the point I felt pain but I don't feel pain and they don't get swollen much. Also my face is not as puffy as before. I still get swollen hands and face when I wake up but I guess it is normal. The only time I feel bloated/swollen is the day after eating out. I think this is just me. I guess I eat too much when I eat out.I don't feel like I go to the bathroom more often like other people say. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. The bottle was already opened and there were four pills missing from the bottle. I would give no stores for this product and the person that sent it but Amazon will not allow me to submit without one.

The Water pills worked really good but u have to make sure that you drink plenty of water to get the full effect! One time I took one close to my bedtime and let's just say I was up all night going to the bathroom so that means it was working for me! And my blood pressure numbers have dropped because I retain a lot of fluids and these days Water pills help me to get rid of the extra water! I will definitely be getting more bottles and it's natural
