This stuff is awesome. It really works well and ends up looking like mortar without being brittle like mortar.I was able to repair several bricks with crumbling mortar around my back patio door that have gotten loose over time from being stepped on. The end result is texture and color that was extremely close match to the existing mortar, but this stuff has just enough flex/give to avoid crumbling in the future. Time will tell how well it weathers and ages, but a week or so out from application, this stuff is looking great.TLDR; Looks good, not too hard, just right.

This product is the best mortar repair I have found. Personally, it was a great match for our 5 year old grey mortar, filled cracks well, has enough elasticity to move and hold over time in small mortar cracks, and has a matching sandy texture. Good product.

Very easy to apply but does take some time to dry. It is a light grey and not beige or brown as others have said. For large gaps it does take a lot of filler. It’s more manageable with a foam brush or fingers with a glove and a bit of water.

I really didn’t expect this to come out of the tube easy but it did! It may cost more than regular grout but I had a small area to grout and didn’t want the mess. I cut the tip large so it didn’t go very far. The finished product looks good.

Used for a faux rock area above my fireplace. Great product since a caulk but looks like grout. Also like that it is lightweight and not as heavy as grout!

This sealant is easy to use and does have the natural appearance of mortar. The rubber-like texture (as advertised) should help to prevent water seeping in and eroding away the remaining mortar.This product is a bit pricey. My main critique is that the color I purchased is NOT accurate. Not even close. A few other reviewers have also commented on this, and I was hoping that the manufacturer would have addressed this issue by now.The gray sealant is actually a beige color (and remains a beige color, even weeks later, long after the product has dried). No gray color at all. This item is 100% beige-shaded in color. I asked my wife to confirm this, just to make sure that I was not going color blind. The beige color itself is OK but I really wanted a grey (or, "grayish" color) - especially for the price of this sealant.

We had cracks in our stucco walls, and this was the right product to fix them. The sand in the grout blends into the wall surface for an invisible match once it’s painted over. Highly recommend.
