Very good quality honey
Not as sweet as most honeys but very still sweet and flavourful. Most honeys have 80g of sugar per 100g - this has around just over 50g. I think perhaps because they haven’t removed the Royal jelly ( Though Royal Jelly is very good for you and makes the honey have a more gelatinous texture). High quality. I have repurchased.

Very thick honey with a good flavour
I really enjoyed this honey. It is very thick (not runny like the cheaper supermarket varieties), has a golden colour and full of flavour. I have been looking for some decent Greek honey for a while now and in particular, looking for that thick and intense flavour you just can't buy in supermarkets.I bought a small jar to test and will have no hesitation in purchasing a larger jar next time.

Very small jar and crystallized honey.
The jar is small and the honey crystallized.I tried to warm it up several times but to no avail.Sorry, but won't buy again.

Cannot recommend - way too crystallised
I am from Greece and think I know what Greek honey should look and taste like. Taste wise this is ok but I've ordered twice now and both times it has arrived heavily crystallised and is essentially set. The jar says this is "normal" but if a Greek bought this in a shop in Greece they would take it straight back. Greek honey is runny not set. I tried breaking down the crystals by soaking the jar in hot water as advised (and stirring vigorously) but they don't break down completely and it's a lot of hassle. As a result the honey has a gritty texture to it which isn't right. Won't be buying again

Lovely flavour
I love Odysea products, and the story behind them, and this honey won't disappoint, if you like your honey sweet and thick (in case you're wondering: blossom honeys tend to be sweeter than conifer honeys). The flavour comes through even when I use a small quantity and it's very pleasant, though rather mild.Note that, like most blossom honeys, this one too will thicken in low temperatures. Mine hasn't quite crystallised, but I do need to microwave it (without the lid) for a few seconds to scoop out honey that's runny enough to mix with yoghurt.I think Odysea should seriously consider launching a good-quality squeezy variety.

Loved this honey.
Beautifully blended honey. Purchased after being recommended to use to settle troublesome cough.Didn't help with cough too much but the taste was better than traditional honeys from the supermarket.Just have to stand in hot water to get a runny consistency.
