Brings a smile
Got this for my wife, we are both huge fans of NCIS and she loves Abby. I got this as a surprise for her, and made her open the box while we were on a video chat. As soon as she opened it and saw it, her eyes lit up, a big smile lit up the screen, and she said 'It's Abby's farting hippo!'. She loves hugging it, worth the price.

Super cute. The stuffed animal is great. But the fart sounds are so fake and bad. Weird review, I known, but I loved Abby from NCIS and Bert. What can ya do?!

Fun on a bad day!
So as a parent I probably wouldn’t purchase this for a child if I’m trying to teach them not to be uncouth, but for an adult friend who is struggling through life, this gift could be a fun way of making them smile. The sounds are not too juicy and each time you squeeze the fluffs are different. It is good quality for the money, however I gave it to a friend so I can’t comment on the long term quality. I have no doubt though that every time she squeezes it she’ll know she has a friend that cared to make her smile.

A Hippo for All Ages
If you are looking for a stuff that can be great for all ages, this is the Hippo for you. My Hippo is great for a quick stress relieving laugh or giggles for my three kids. Hippo is soft and fun. The fact that you can remove the fart box makes it great for just snuggles, but if you need the giggles keep the box inside.

It’s cute and it farts
My husband isn’t the hippo lover that I am and even he has to laugh at the hippo that farts. It’s adorable and a unique addition to my hippo collection.

"Farting" noise just sounds like growling
The hippo is well made and a quality stuffed animal with a good appearance. It is very cute, soft, and stands up well. I'm deducting 2 stars because the sound does not sound at all like the funny fart sound that I was hoping for. It just sounds like growling, which was a major disappointment, since I bought this toy specifically because it was supposed to have a farting noise.If you are looking for a growling hippo, this one is excellent.
