It’s a short sleeve and short legs . There for height does not come into play. S, M, L is all that is necessary . Size your shorty as you would any other clothing coming in S, M, L

I am male, 220, 6’0”, chest 44, waist 38. I wear an XL and it is a good fit but snug. I suggest a XXL... I think XXL May have been a better fit for me too.

I'm 5'2" as well and 153 lbs and just sent back a large because it was too small. It pinched my thighs and I barely could zip it. It was almost to the point of making it hard to breath. There was no way I could have gotten into that on a rocking dive boat. I know they loosen after wet but it was just too tight. I just reordered an Xl.

Q: How does this pack? I want to just take a carry on so will not have a lot of room in my suitcase.

Depending on how much other stuff you pack in the carry-on, bag... I fold my "shorty" wet-suit (in half) and the just roll it up and put a rubber band around it. Remember, you will want to let it "hang dry" before doing this on the return trip.
