Really liked that product. Good quality! . I was craving cod liver and that did the job. Delicious on toast with some lemon.

I have bought these several times now because they are always a treat. The flavor is very mild with just a touch of smoke and salt. Best enjoyed on fresh, buttered toast.

I’ve tried different brands and this one is the tastiest. Not too salty, even though it says smoked it’s a very mild flavor and really good source of vitamin D. I spread it on a toast and it makes a great breakfast. If you are not used to cod liver it may not be for you, but I ate it a lot growing up in Europe and love it. One can was dented but stayed sealed and was still edible.

Good but some other brands are just as good at a better price.

These have no discernible taste of their own so they and the oil can be mixed with tuna, salmon, or just about anything if eating Cod Livers isn’t easy. It truly is easy though!!I mix one can in with drained tuna (and other ingredients) to make tuna cakes or mix with drained sardines, garlic, and mustard for a dip. I am on the Keto/Carnivore diet and especially with increased levels of Vitamin D being a always a good thing I am looking for natural ways to increase my Vitamin D. It is just too easy to do so much with these and not at all gross as most people think!
