A toothbrush is a toothbrush right? I don't think so. These are great! The cleaning ability the value for the money and the softness is all on point. Durability is great and they're cheaper here than at your local store

For a year and a half my teeth have been staining horribly and I didn't know why. I brush my teeth at LEAST half a dozen times a day. Floss every day. Use peroxide, scrape my tongue, scrub the stains with a 'stain eraser.' you name it and NOTHING worked. I'd go to the dentist and have my teeth cleaned and less than two weeks later I was right back where I started. I quit smiling in a way that showed my teeth. I'd cover my mouth when I spoke. This destroyed me. I was in utter despair and nobody and nothing could help me. Two dentists and an orthodontist couldn't tell me why this was happening. They kept saying that it had to do with a change in the chemical composition of my saliva, but they couldn't tell me how to FIX it! I was trying to accept that it was my fate to lose my perfect teeth early.Just about a week ago I was brushing with my soft Colgate toothbrush and got frustrated. It didn't feel like it was doing anything. My mouth always felt and tasted gross and here I was, back in the bathroom, desperately scrubbing for the fourth time that day.So I hit Amazon and went in search of a firm toothbrush head. Found this and ordered it immediately.The photos are what happened after brushing with this toothbrush TWO times. That's it. I've used this toothbrush TWICE. (EDITED TO ADD A "DAY 3" PHOTO. This toothbrush has almost worked as well as my dental hygienist and my teeth feel clean and my mouth tastes fresh. I *finally* got rid of the biofilm!)If you're struggling with staining, the soft heads will NOT help you. You need a FIRM head.This one is perfect. Firm enough to do the job, but it's not so firm that it destroys my gums.I think I might be able to keep my teeth in my head after all!!

You can't go Wrong with REACH !!!

Very stiff/firm, I am not one of those who will brush for 5 or more minutes, like to keep it short and sweet so I like a firm brush that does a lot in a short time. As with most things - this also boils down to personal preferance.

Way too hard for me.
