I have measured the 14 inches and 16 inches choker, if 14 inches, it just snugly fit, and would not have much more room for your girlfriend's neck and i am afraid she would not feel comfortable, but if 16 inches would have room, it would feel more better, may i suggest you to choose 16 inches choker, that would be great, how do you think?
