I’ve looked at and thought about aged balsamic vinegar for years. I finally decided to try some. Quite a small bottle, but it only takes drops of this wonderful vinegar to add a special flavor to foods! I’m loving it!

This has no depth of flavor or natural sweetness. Maybe it is not all grape must. It's watery and sour. Not like other Modena products I have orders before. It's even terrible on spinach salad and salmon which is hard to mess up. Try Balsamic Guy. Huge difference for the better.

This is great balsamic. It is sweet, somewhat thick, and the predominant flavor note is prune.This brand is far better than the Giuseppe Giusti brand 25 year product (which incidentally says 25 years on the Amazon ad, but the bottle you receive does not mention age at all, and it tastes sour like at 12 year balsamic).So donʻt wast your money. If you want quality aged balsamic get this one.In an earlier review (2020) I mentioned that this was half the price of other Balsamics. That is no longer true, it now costs as much as the others. But it is still the best.
