The instructions state to take 6, however, I started with two and move my way us to 6. This helps me to go deep sleep and a bowel movement every morning.Good merchandise

These are great if you have weak digestion, diarrhea and bloating after eating. They help restore the Qi to your spleen so your body can digest better.
