As long as you don't expect a professional therapeutic device, then for the money, this is a very satisfying machine to relax on. Gently massages the kinks from your back, from calves to just below the neck.I put it on at the maximum of 3 power levels and it's still fairly tame, the actual massaging nodules are small and not like the larger and more muscular 'shiatsu' type devices. The heat function is welcome in this weather (reviewed in bleak January UK). I'm 183cm (6ft) so the mat is a bit on the small side for me - I'd like another massage device to help with neck and shoulders.All in all though it's a nice thing to have after a workout and bath and just before bed - or when watching a Netflix binge etc.On the downside, there's only a 30 minute timer (non-adjustable) and no digital display to show you how long you have left. I only use 2 of the 5 different 'modes' but think that's enough variety personally.Recommended if you can get it for less than the usual rate (for info I paid £58.85 though some sellers are asking £80+).

Glad I bought it pitty the vibration wasn't stronger but still does the job feel absolutely lovely after been on it

Returned as it's not what I'm after. It just vibrates. It doesn't actually massage. It didn't heat up either

I like the most is the heating option! This is a very relaxing massage mat which targets not only the back but other parts of the body. I have actually bought this again to give as a gift.

It’s a brilliant massage mat and very therapeutic.I like the heat functions and different massage modes, the intensity settings are very good and it is full body length which is great.It is doing wonders for my back pain and general well being.Thank you Snailax.

Not up to the mark

I bought this to go on my chair after my friend spent over £600 for a massager chair. When this arrived I put it on my arm chair and it worked very well. After i had been on it for about 30 minutes I felt very relaxed. I later tried my friend'd chair and did not find much difference except for the saving a lot of money. I now watch TV while getting a Massage.
