Bought for putting up a large mirror, used with other brackets for extra support.

I had bought three garden mirrors at B&M, thinking that they would be easy to hang on my fence, and brighten up an otherwise dull area of the garden. Got them home and took them out of their packaging to discover they only had one point to hang them from at the top of the mirror, rather than two at the sides. Now, God knows - I'm not the brightest - but even I could see that the strange atmospheric phenomenon we have known as 'wind', was going to cause big problems very quickly, and as they were going in an area where my granddaughter plays - I wanted them on securely. So - with a rough idea in my head of what I needed to get them onto the fence, off I trotted to B&Q. They didn't have what I needed. Neither did Screwfix, or Tool Station, or any of several other DIY shops. I didn't want to glue them to the fence, as I want to be able to take them off to clean and paint from time to time. I turned to Amazon, not even sure what to put into the search box, and found these little beauties.My fence is a swine - its full of really hard knots which have even caused issues with an electric drill. The thread of many a screw has been completely destroyed trying to get them into it - so I was a little nervous about the screws that came with these. I didn't have to be. Even the toughest knots on my fence were no match for them. The size of the hooks was exactly as advertised, and fitted the mirrors perfectly. The quality of this product is excellent, as is the price. I finished off the installation of the mirrors with 'L' shaped hooks at the side and top to hold the mirrors steady. It has worked a treat. I'm a very happy customer!

The images shown for the product show nice and shiny surfaces. However that was not the case with the items I received. I had to clean them up with sandpaper before use.

My daughter used the picture rail hooks to mount her whiteboard to the wall. They look very stylish and she loves the look. They are also very strong. Overall a very high quality product and a genuine five stars.
