This was a very helpful book and the price was reasonable. I had been taped by a physical therapist and found ti very effective. I needed help to do it to myself and I found ithe help I needed in this book. After reading it a few minutes I was pretty sure had been translated from another language (German). But as soon as I figured it out, it was not hard to read at all.

I was looking for a reference book as a PT and this has worked nicely…only reason I did not give it a 5 star is would have been much easier to use in a spiral bound format in the clinic

Extremely user friendly and filled with step-by-step illustrations to apply Kinesiology tape with ease and confidence. This is going in my medical library for Home Remedies. Great book that should be in everyone home. I highly recommend it!

Great pictures! I have been having some adductor pain. I taped using the instructions in this book and had my first pain free workout in about a month.

The package wasn't handed to anyone in the residence,it was left on front porch. That's fine, but please don't say it was handed to a person inside the residence when it was not, other than that everything was Great. Thank You so much. 👍

What an awesome book. As a dancer, I have been using KT tape for years. Now it's overuse issues with wrists and hands. This is a step-by-step guide, easy to read and follow. Instant relief once the tape is placed.This book is a MUST for the family bookcase.
