I bought this on a recommendation of a women a met on a walk at the beach. My knees are pretty sh9t because I have no cartilage left and need two knee replacements (at least that's what the doctor says). My knees now feel way more stable and flexible. i won't be running any marathons but I* can walk with no pain, climb ladders. etc.

This product helps heal soft tissue. I have a partial tear in my shoulder and it has helped with the pain. A friend broke her shoulder and has no more discomfort because of taking this. Another friend is on it for a recent knee replacement.
