I used to listen to people talk about the magic of wearing pure copper and its benefits and didn't think much of it. That is, until I listened to individuals in a chat room talk about it. It has a nice design and fit. I wear it all the time, even in the shower and it has not tarnished or turned green on my skin.

A bit heavy and uncomfortable. And you got to bend it together to get it tight enough. Don't think I want to wear this in the shower, so after all the bending, it will eventually fall apart. There is no scientific evidence that something like this does ANYTHING! And if you know it is a placebo effect, doesn't that defeat the purpose of it being a placebo? Placebo effect is only valid in double blind studies where you don't know whether you're getting the real thing or not. (I got a master's degree in psych from Kent State.) Basically something I am too lazy to return. I could fill the back of a Ford F-150 with all the stuff I've sent back in the past 15 years. I honestly don't know why I bought it in the first place, but I am getting tired of the arthritis in my left hand.

I've had arthritis pain for the last two years in my left thumb which radiates up my arm. It does come and go, but usually when it goes it only does so for a couple of days, then the pain returns. The medical profession doesn't recognize these bracelets as being effective, but all I can say is that after a day of wearing it, the pain subsided considerably, and now after wearing it for 2+ weeks the pain is 90% gone. Say whatever you want, but all I know is my thumb feels better than it has in a long time. I'm not a fan of wearing jewelry and don't particularly like wearing a bracelet. It often annoys me as it slides around on my arm, but it's not because of this particular bracelet. Any bracelet would do the same.

Where are my bracelet daily? It is held up to all the rigors of my job which is in construction. Magies are still in place scratches here and there but other than that great bracelet.
