I use these every night and have done for a couple of years now. I have previously used the main brand and some other versions and I will never use another type as long as these don't change.They are super easy to put on right and they stay on all night. The only time I have issues with them coming off are when my nose is too oily. I use them to help me breathe - somehow when I lay down one of my nostrils half closes - and these are perfect for this. I used to use nasal decongestants way too often and now I don't need to. Even if I get a cold I only need decongestants for a couple of days before these work fine on their own.I would say they don't completely stop snoring though (but none of the others I used did either). I have made my husband use them for snoring and there have been far fewer times when he has kept me awake for long periods.Easy to remove in the morning if you use a little water also.

Not long enough. Person does not have large nose but unable to fix to other side. Broader than some, but this doesn't benefit in my experience.Not good quality. Sorry.

I thought I’d cracked it when I found these - I’ve been using the pretty large, very sticky, Elastoplast type of nasal strips from Poundstretcher, but at £1.99 for 15, I was looking for something less costly. The Poundstretcher ones worked very well, but were slightly too long, and forced the skin below my eyes up into an unattractive pair of pouches; I looked like a pissed-off serial killer.Put one of these on, and didn’t feel the same lift, nor the same enhanced airflow that I get with the Poundstretcher ones. The description says these increase airflow by about 30%, but this wasn’t borne out by my experience.I instigated a return, return was accepted, and I’ve been refunded.Currently trying nasal expanders, but they are turning me visually into the illegitimate love-child of Patrick Mower’s nostrils. My partner, clearly getting too much sleep now I’m not snoring like a grampus at 4am every day, thinks this is hilarious and doesn’t stop commenting on the newly enlarged state of my previously moderate-sized nose.Looks like it’s back to Poundstretcher.Don’t bother with these. They’re short, weakly sprung, and really don’t do an awful lot to lift the nasal passages. I’ve tried several different brands now, including the ridiculously priced ones from a big supermarket beginning with T and rhyming with fresco, £4 for 10, and none of them work as well as the big elastoplast ones. Would possibly work on a young child’s nose, though if your young child is snoring on a regular basis, you probably need to take them to see an ENT specialist.

These wides the nostrils without being too harsh. I have sensory issues and these do not bother me.Other people have complained they do not stick. I wash the nose and use a tonner. I then let it dry fully before placing the strip on. Stays on all night.
