Give it a couple of weeks to start working. My knees are feeling more healthy and aren't hurting when I sleep.

This supplement along with vitamin D and K, helped a little but did not provide the relief I expected.

Just as pictured and described don't know if they work but they were sealed, I just have to try them out.

As for me and my sister, it made our joints stiffer. Everyone is different; it may work for you. My sister called the company after three months telling them it made her condition worse. They recommended she double up on the dosage. She did and now the joints in her hands have swollen but I can't honestly say it was because of this.
