Good substitute for French chocolate
I’m a pastry Chef and found these chocolates to be very comparable with the chocolate sticks we used in our French school. There was only one issue. If the box is shaken too much during delivery about 1/3 of box have broken pieces. Still very usable just match them up. Good product

Pain au Chocolat Necessity
I'm sure that there are other delicacies for which one uses these, but for Pain au Chocolat they're a requirement. These are the real deal, just as commercial bakers use. They survive the high heat of croissant baking and taste as they should.

Bought several times
I use these for croissants because they are cheaper than my suppliers for chocolate. They taste amazing and you can get them in different types of chocolate too!
