Q: How is the quality of this product?

I do not recommend this product for anyone with dry skin. This product does not provide enough moisture for my skin. However, I am older and have always had dry skin, which requires much hydration.

Q: Can i wear makeup over this moisturizer?

Yes, its just like any other moisturizer. Works with or without makeup.

Q: What is the shelf life of this product? I did use it a bit then I stop. Is there an expiration date?

Might be on the bottle. Never checked. I do have some Paula's Choice products that I will switch back and for with using and have never had an issue.

Q: Is this product safe to use?

ASafe inWhat regard. It is a mosturizer filled with solid ingredients and with no perfumes.
