RPM 73272 ESC Cage for The Castle Sidewinder 3 and SCT ESC'S, Black

This is amazing. It fit both the Traxxas mount and sidewinder sct esc absolutely perfectly. It's inexpensive and solves the issue of how to mount your esc. It sandwiches the esc without causing any interference issues at all. What a great idea and product. Thank you

With some minor trimming will fit Spektrum 100amp esc. Will likely work with a hobbywing max10 too as they are the same thing. Fixed my broken tab issue.

This ESC mount works perfectly with my Arrma Granite 3s and mounts to the stock location nicely. If you'll notice I'm running a 3670 motor and its clears nicely. It looks as if it could have been made this way from Arrma! Awesome product!

Another great product from RPM-purchased with hopes that it would work with my old sidewinder Sv2 esc, and it did! Mounted it in my 2wd Slash.

I ordered two of these esc cages, one for a Castle Sidewinder and one for a Traxxas Velineon. I ordered the Traxxas cage because the mounts had broken off. I order the Castle cage because it has no mounts. Without this cage your only option would be to use double stick tape. I like that the cage adds some protection to the esc. I really like that the Castle cage included a box for the on and off switch, previously I had it zip tied in place. The only negative is that the cage mounts to small elevated pieces of plastic, which allow it to rock back and forth if nothing is placed under it. I happened to use 3m double stick tape underneath to add to the stability. A small rib at the front and back would have made this item 5 stars.

Another amazing product by rpm really easy install just a few screws to assemble and it was a perfect fit I didn't have to make any kind of modification at all. I had this thing installed and my esc firmly mounted in 5 minutes. It's a must have for a castle conversion on the 4x4 slash and many others. Got to love rpm for the great products they have.

Fits great, excellent product, I highly recommend if you got a Slash and Short Course Caste System to pick this up!My Slash is a 2WD with the stock high center of gravity chassis. This mount fits exactly where the old Traxxas ESC was located, making for a clean install and keeping the original weight balance of the truck.Comes with everything you need to install on your truck, highly recommended purchase!
