Product never worked
I did not like the fact that the after installation the product didn't work plus it caused additional problems with my vehicles manufactured system.Everything had to be reset and updated, 😠 also the instruction manual came in Spanish and did not have the option to get a English menu or have English writing on the back or something contemplating sending this back

Looks legit but can’t read instructions!!!

Spanish instructions only.
Used google translate so solved the issue of Spanish only instructions. The issue for me is the programming won’t save. I can arm the system and it locks the doors but when I unarm the system the alarm sounds until I insert the key in to the vehicle. I can’t have the alarm sounding every time I unarm the system. Garbage product. Don’t buy.
