The Greek Fir Honey is the most flavorful I've ever tried. It's not as sweet as most and the texture is harder than the typical runny varieties and much darker in color yet lightly fruity in taste. I'm ordering a second bottle since the first is disappearing quickly.

I only buy raw honey. It is a world apart, when you get genuine raw honey, from the stuff supermarkets sell. I usually buy Greek honey, as I loved it when in Greece as a child. However, I had never had this honey and was intrigued to find out whether it was worth the cost and the answer is a resounding yes ! I have to stop myself from eating another spoonful every time I go to the kitchen. I can't describe all the flavours that come through, any more than I can describe flavours in wines, but I will definitely buy more. Used on my full fat Greek yoghurt or straight off a spoon. I would not waste it in drinks, or dressings, that would be to mask the delicate and complex flavours, but at breakfast , on the yoghurt, it is a pleasure.

Have the honey and is more runny than some other that I have used, Melina or other Greek row pine honey.I did not return it I it was not fair on sale but not what I expect for Greek row honey. I would not by again will change on other Greek honey
