To figure out how good this knife really is? Is to dice 1 lb. of bacon WITHOUT being frozen.This knife had done an EXCEPTIONAL JOB!!! It glided right through like butter. Didn’t tear or snag. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED! BUY THIS KNIFE and take care of it. Don’t let it soak in water over night. ALWAYS HAND WASH KNIVES…(you ruin the blade if you put it in the dishwasher) best purchase hands down. You will be very happy with it!

Keeps a nice sharp edge. Great making sandwiches and cutting bagels.

I have longer bread knives, but wanted a smaller one for Hawaiian rolls, biscuits, sandwiches, bundt cakes, etc. This knife is perfect.

I go to my local bagel shop or sandwich shop or deli and they slice thru rolls and bread like it's butter w/ a hot knife. OK, and exaggeration. But this knife is great. Works just like I hoped it would. After a year of use on rolls and bagels and veggies and meats...thin corned beef anyone?...it's still sharp and works great. I have some good, old knives I've had for many years that are great. This knife will be added to that group.

I’ve owned bread knives, but nothing like the sharpness this knife offers. I sharpen all my normal knives with Japanese water stones, and I know sharpness, but this knife is scary sharp. Treat it with respect and you’ll be pleased with its excellent performance. Great knife!
