The brake on one side was positioned so that the tire moves away from the chair when you put it on. The tire on that side also was loose. It came all assembled but we had to get a friend to come help fix it since we are older and have little hand strength. 2 years later and my husband says its more comfortable than his heavy duty power chair.

I purchased this wheelchair for my wife. We are very happy with it. It is heavy duty and well built. There was no assembly required other than just attaching the footrests which is very easy to do. We purchased this one because we wanted a wheelchair that would be sturdy and hold up well. I also wanted a chair that came fully equipped with calf supports and footrests. The company contacted us to make sure that this chair would be compatible with the width of our doors which I thought was very helpful. The only thing that I do want to mention is that this chair is not light. An older person or female could have difficulty if they have to put it inside a vehicle but that is due to it's well built and heavy duty construction.

Very sturdy. Wheels easily and like that the arms come off easily. I take this to my kids house's on dinner gatherings as it isn't as hard as sitting in their solid oak chairs. So glad I spent the extra money for a quality product. As the saying goes; you get what you pay for!

Good chair for the price so far

Patient says very comfortable for big person. It's wide, chech your doorways. Heavy at #65 but has to be.

Package was VERY banged up by service delivering, but product was in excellent condition and exactly as pictured. Package was shipped quickly and arrived on the first day of the estimated delivery. Excellent service.

Very comfortable, roomy. Would recommend to a friend.
