All Purpose Original Cajun Seasoning 8 oz Ragin' Cajun (Pack of 2)

This provides just the right amount of heat and spice when going for a lighter touch. Their 'regular' cajun spices go in a lot of our creole style dishes, but the all'yall is mild and mellow enough to be used well outside the cajun style.In a pinch, I also smoked several pork tenderloins using this as a rub, and the guests have been *extremely* complimentary. A touch expensive to use as an every day rub, but it was a great switch up.This blend often gets used in place of a 'chef's mix' blend that goes on or in everything when you want just a touch of heat.

As I mentioned in the title, this seasoning mix is quite salty, so don't add extra salt to whatever you're using this on.

Great size for money and the spice blend is terrific for me as my insides dont like heat . Its flavorful with out the nagging burn

Great seasoning very tasty however, I ordered the MILD but they sent the regular heat which is much hotter than expected.

I have a cabinet full of seasonings BUT use this one 95% of the time!
