This supplement helped quell my night sweats after using it for 3 days. It was amazing. I'm so appreciative & am continuing to take it daily.

I feel safe about the packaging and quality. Seems good to me, I haven't had any bad side effects from using this supplement. Seems to be helping

I've been taking it for years. This and DHEA gave me my life back. I feel human and have my libido back!!

I was advised by my GYN doc to try this product for symptoms of menopause. Night sweats, hot flashes 🥵. You get 30 in a pack, but the package says may take 6-8 weeks to see results. That means 1 -2 months of use to see if this will work. I’ve been taking these every night for 3 weeks, nothing yet. I don’t want to say it doesn’t work until I’ve given this the full 2 month try, which means, I’ll need another order. So, as I said before, I’m undecided 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will update after 2 months of use.

I have tried everything for hot flashes, and this is the only thing that works with no side effects.

I had a total hysterectomy about 15 years ago at 47 and I've had to decrease my HRT patches over the years from 1.0 mcg to 0.25 mcg. With each decrease I notice more menopause symptoms, which I do not like - you can imagine why. I was eager to try this supplement as the primary ingredient - red clover - is fairly well known for phytoestrogen properties.I began taking this approximately 10 days ago, at which time I stopped using my bi-weekly 0.25 mcg patch. I have just now begun to feel a small change in my sleep patterns and how I feel. I cannot yet determine if it is due to this product or the fact that the colder weather (with a window opened a crack) is assisting my sleep and therefore, improving my energy levels. I think the biggest telltale sign will be if my vaginal dryness improves (currently I'm using suppositories for that). Because this product is said to take 6-8 weeks to show noticeable improvement, I will have to continue with it and return to edit.Regarding the tablets themselves, they are not offensive (no bad smell or feel), can be swallowed easily, and haven't caused me distress to date.

It's still too early to tell if these work. But I can attest that they are easy to swallow, no after taste or any uncomfortable side effects.
