I added the foil “2” and the white balloons at the end but otherwise the other balloons all came in the package and I still had pink balloons left over! I created “quads” and strung them together with balloon ribbon to create this arch. The colors were very pretty and great for our Minnie Mouse theme.

Balloons are good quality and worked well! However, the images used in the advertisement are not accurate to the number of balloons included in each package. Be prepared to make a smaller garland, or purchase two bundles as a previous review mentioned.
