I use with toothpaste and it seems to work much better than with mouth guard.

These had such mixed reviews I wasn’t sure I wanted to buy them because everybody complained about them being watery which they were when I bought them, but all you have to do is shake them up and they stay gelled until the end of the tube and I can really tell a difference on how they have whiten into my teeth. I will be buying these again super easy to use. I love it.

I dislike it because it never turn to gel it stay liquid. That the only thing I didn’t like but it make your teeth whiter

Temperature sensitive. If stored to cool or to warm the gel becomes thin and runny warning on the tube

if zero was an option, I would have rated it that! better yet... a negative number would be more appropriate. I've used this for many years, but the product has severely degraded: it's 'liquid' now, not a gel like it always used to be. Horrible, not to mention ineffective. Never again!
