Absoultely the best shower towel . As good as an exfoliant as you can get. Rinses clean.
I have used these most of my life and love them so much. They feel great and stimulate your skin. They really have won an award in Japan as well. They rinse easily and always rinse so clean as well. You are going to love how easy it is to wash hard to reach places and you will love, love, love how it feels washing your own back. Fantastic.

Great product! Some of the bad reviews baffle me!
Ok, I think I'm getting known for writing some long reviews. I just have a lot to say! When I was a kid I had a friend who's mom was from Japan. She gifted me one of these wonderful cloths! I've been searching for something as good since!! I'm THRILLED to have found them again!!This is why I give it 5 stars!!I would like to address some of the bad reviews I've read on here.1st: I have keratosis as well, someone referred to this as "chicken skin" which is just fowl (yes a joke). This woman said that she scrubbed her arms raw! This is shocking to me!! Yes everything has a learning curve!! But if you are using this for keratosis remember two things one is that you aren't going to get rid of these bumps in one go so use much lighter pressure when you scrub! It should feel invigorating not painful!! The other thing you have to remember when dealing with keratosis is that it's a dry skin condition! YES it needs exfoliation but when you get out of the bath/shower put on a good petroleum free cream, or oil, something stable and extremely moisturizing. Apply while the skin is still moist (I use a combination of cold pressed olive oil and organic castor oil that I mix myself all over after a bath/shower. That is my preference!) so two things about keratosis light exfoliation ( on a regular basis, preferably later in the day while your skin is in its renewal process), and a good cream moisturizer or oil after bath while skin is still moist! This cloth worked GREAT for me so I am so excited to have found it again!2nd where I think this cloth is great for all over body I don't suggest it on your face or tender areas. For these areas I prefer a washcloth!Gentle pressure is so important for a good result here!!! You are only trying to remove dead skin and set the healthy skin underneath free!!Sorry this is so long.. I've had keratosis since I was a teen and did my time in cosmetology school so I know how skin works..I hope this review helps people with this wonderful product and learn a little more about their skin!!

Nice Alternative to a Sponge or Loofah!
I purchased this Japanese beauty cloth with the hopes of smoothing out my "dragon patches" of rough skin on my elbows, knees, and feet, and also to exfoliate the rest of my skin. As promised, the cloth is much larger than an ordinary washcloth, and had more than enough room for me to scrub my back by holding it in each hand and pulling in each direction. The material itself is true to color and felt like a more gentle version of a kitchen scrubber. It is moderately abrasive, and very effective at removing dead skin, especially on my arms and legs. Be careful, though; if you make the same mistake that I did and scrub too hard, you might find yourself feeling like you've been windburned. A firm but gentle pressure should be all you need to get the results you want. The product description states that it will make lather richer and multiply, and I'll be honest: I really didn't think this thing would hold soap well at all. I like using liquid shower gel, so I squirted a quarter sized amount on the cloth and started lathering. At first, it didn't seem like the soap was going to lather at all. But don't get discouraged! After a few moments, the lather indeed was rich and creamy, and I was able to thoroughly wash my entire body with lather to spare. The description also warns you not to hold the cloth under the direct flow of the water, because the lather will be rinsed away rather quickly. True enough, the cloth itself was completely rinsed out after a few seconds under the showerhead. The material is clean and drips dry, and appears to be ready to last for quite a while.

Everyone used them there like it was totally normal thing
I first used one of these types of scrubbing towels in a spa in South Korea. Everyone used them there like it was totally normal thing, but I had never seen such a thing. Closest thing I have ever had was when one of my poof would totally come untied and make a huge mess.So why did I buy these? Because they are amazing!1) They save you TONS of money over shower poofs. Poofs come untied, poofs get nasty mold on their ropes.2) You can wash them! No really you can throw these bad boys into your washing machine and they will be just fine. The Korean spas wash and fold all of theirs so they can reuse them.3) They work way better at getting your back than a poof. You can also get rid of that silly brush on a stick you own. This is a all-in-one option.4) They last forever. Its a long towel type thing made of plastic that you can wash. For years and years I wasted tons of money on buying a new little poof. Damn things only lasted a week or two before I needed to buy another one. You ever notice how they sell those poofs in packs of 4-5 together? Such a waste of money and materials. I expect this 3 pack to last me all year at the rate I am going. I bought this 3 pack in January and its now May and I am still on my first towel and it is still just as new and perfect as the first day i opened it. No mold, no breaking, no nothing. In this same time period I probably would have gone though 10 of those cheap poof things.Trust me, buy these things and never look back.
